Having struggled with food issues my entire life, from binge eating to literally starving myself, I realised a significant change was needed. This personal journey deeply impacted my life, leading me to understand the profound connection between diet, lifestyle, and overall well-being. This understanding is what inspired me to create P.J.F Lifestylecoaching. My passion comes from a desire to help others avoid the struggles I faced and to find a sustainable path to health and happiness.
